Climbing Arborists

This is a job for the adventurous – a great career for the right person.  Experience is preferred but not required (we will train).  You will be working on the front line climbing and pruning some of the nicest and magnificent trees in the Harrisburg, York and Lancaster PA area.  Other qualifications include a valid drivers license and have or be able to obtain a CDL within 45 days of hire.  ISA certification is a plus; however, if you work for us and are not certified we will help you become a Certified Arborist!  Goods Tree Care offers many opportunities for training and career development.

Pesticide Applicator

PA licensed pesticide applicators wanted. Develop your career in the green industry at Good’s Tree and Lawn Care Inc. We are a locally owned, full-service tree and lawn care company servicing the Harrisburg metro area and we need licensed pesticide applicators to join our team. Ideal candidates will have Category 6, 7, and 10 and have experience in turf, tree, and shrub plant health care. We have immediate production opportunities for spotted lantern fly mitigation contracting. We offer competitive wages and great benefits.

Plant Health Care Technicians

This job requires a basic knowledge of tree and shrub identification, insect and disease ID and some plant maintenance practices.  Many applicants have a 2 or 4 year degree in horticulture, soil science, plant physiology, forestry or arboriculture.  Applicants must have or be able to get PA pesticide applicators license within 45 days of hire.  The applicant must have a valid drivers license and have the ability to drive a truck.

Lawn Care Technicians

This job requires a basic knowledge of lawn care practices including inspections, diagnosing and application of treatments.  Many applicants have a 2 or 4 year degree in turf management, horticulture or soil science.  Applicants must have or be able to get PA pesticide applicators license within 45 days of hire.  The applicant must have a valid drivers license and have the ability to drive a truck.
